The client is responsible for all agreed-upon costs, including out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the investigation (e.g., travel, specialized database access). If a payment is not made, we reserve the right to halt the investigation.
4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature of the investigation, the information shared, and the findings produced. We will not disclose your identity or the results of the investigation to any third party without your express consent, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability Spy Investigation Agency, its investigators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or website. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.
6. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
